On August 15 I presented my paper about the role of change agents at the sixth bi-annual International Public Procurement Conference in Dublin, Ireland. I presented my paper in a parallel session on sustainable public procurement.

The paper, which I also presented at the EGOS Colloquium in July, examines the role change agents play in the implementation of sustainable public procurement in procurement projects. The paper concludes that by carrying out activities, change agents can help project teams progress through the change process from resistance towards commitment and thereby help increase the degree of sustainable procurement of the procurement projects.
